New Capital Club publishes first Neural Network Forecast for PPA (PowerShares Aerospace & Defence)

This weekend after analyzing over a year worth of data, NCC has released it's first forecast for the PPA ETF which is a member of NCC's WAR INDEX. The main conclusion is that even though the model is not returning a strong buy signal, it is getting more confident that one will be produced in the next couple of weeks. The Club will watch the model and post updates as they develop.
